P2/3 School Trip to Belfast Zoo
What an amazing day our P2/3 children had at Belfast Zoo!
We saw lots of exciting animals, including the very popular capybara – and you can imagine how excited we were! From fascinating creatures big and small to learning all about their habitats, there was plenty to see and discover throughout the day.
The children also had the opportunity to take part in a fantastic mini-beasts lesson. They got up close to some amazing animals and even had the chance to hold a few of them!
It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
We returned to school with lots of stories to tell and plenty of new knowledge about the animal kingdom!
